IMPORTANT! - YOU must provide documentation (i.e. birth certificates, marriage certificates etc.) for the FIRST THREE generations of your line (you, your parents, your grandparents). We cannot do this for you, but our chapter registrar may be able to point you in the right direction to find what you need. Contact us to learn how.
